Erlebe eine besondere Auszeit in wunderschöner Natur am Üdersee und erwecke hautnah, gemeinsam mit anderen Frauen, die Kraft der weiblichen Verbindung und die Göttin in dir.
Als Frauen haben wir viele Wege in Verbindung zu gehen, unter Anderem Tanz, Gesang, Berührung, Gespräche, gemeinsames Essen, Zusammensein in der Natur. Frauen kommen seit jeher in Kreisen zusammen um ihr Wissen, ihre Liebe und ihren innwohnenden Zauber miteinander zu teilen. Diese, in unserer Kultur häufig vergessene Tradition, möchten wir wiederbeleben und geben dir an diesem Tag die Möglichkeit dich durch die Kraft der weiblichen Verbindung genährt, geliebt und angenommen zu fühlen. Das Gefühl in einem sicheren Raum gehalten zu sein, erleichtert es dir, dich frei entfalten zu können. Neue Facetten deines authentischen Selbst können auf diese Weise entdeckt und entfaltet werden. Die Göttin in dir kann umso mehr strahlen, wenn du dich sicher, genährt und frei fühlst.
Wir widmen dir diesen Tag um dich mit dir Selbst, der Natur und anderen Frauen verbinden zu können. Wir bieten dir dafür verschiedene Möglichkeiten, um tiefer in dein Sein einzutauchen und dich selbst in einem sicheren Raum zu erforschen und auszudrücken. Sei dabei und nutze die Gelegenheit, dich in neuer Verbundenheit zu erfahren.

- Redekreis und Übungen um dich mit anderen zu verbinden

Im Preis enthalten sind der gesamte Tag mit allen Aktivitäten, der Rohkakao, die Sauna, Getränke und Snacks.
Was ist mitzubringen: Essen um es beim gemeinsamen Büffet zu teilen, einen Teller/eine Schale, Besteck, einen Trinkbecher, wenn möglich eine Yoga-Matte und bei Bedarf ein Meditationskissen, eine Decke oder einen Schal für dich.

Experience a day in a beautiful surrounding in nature at the Lake Üdersee near Berlin. This day is dedicated to the power of female connection. What does this mean? We, as women, have many different ways to connect: through dancing, feeling, singing, eating, talking, touching, being in circles and in nature. In ancient and natural traditions women use to come together in circles to share their wisdom, experience and love. The gathering in circles gives a feeling of being nourished, safe, loved and accepted. As a result of feeling held and secure, it is more easy to open up and express freely. New facets of the very own and true identity can be explored and extended.
We dedicate a full day for you to connect with yourself, nature and others. We give you different options to dive deeper into yourself and to explore and express yourself freely in a safe space.
For this day we offer:
• Cacao Ceremony with raw cacao to open up and activate your energy
• Muladhara Krya to activate your Root Chakra
• Ecstatic Dance to connect fully to yourself
• Meditation TO CONNECT TO YOUR HIGHER SELF AND SPIRIT
• Sharing Circle & Connecting Games to get in touch with each other
• Massage-Exercise to enjoy and relax
• Singing Circle to connect to your own voice and the voice of others

Cost including the full day of experience, raw cacao, sauna and snacks/drinks:
Regular till 31.07.2023 90,- €, 13.08.023 100,-€, afterwards 120,- €.
What to bring: Food to share with all at the buffet, a plate/bowl, cutlery and a cup to drink. A yoga mat and if needed, a pillow for the meditation and a blanket or scarf for yourself (if you have no Yoga-Mat or meditation-pillow let us know, we have a few here).

Heilpraktikerin & Künstlerin, ist spezialisiert auf Hypnosetherapie, Lichtarbeit & die ayurvedische Yogamassage. Als Visionärin erkennt sie Potenziale, Chancen & Zusammenhänge, im Großen wie im Kleinen. Ihr Spezialgebiet ist das “Mindset-Training”, welches von der Vergebungs- & Glaubenssatzarbeit bis hin zur Ausarbeitung innerer Visionen führt
I am Irene, dancer, certified yoga instructor and holistic practitioner. I have spent the last twelve years of my life travelling the world, getting to know unknown cultures and forgotten rituals. I have made the psycho-physical well-being of others, and in particular that of women, my reason for existence. I believe that the power to heal souls and unite us with the pure energy of the heart is through the (re)connection with the body. Building, rediscovering, reprogramming or strengthening this harmony through various practices is my mission.
My tools are many and constantly evolving: from Tribal Fusion Bellydance, to Iridology, from Yoga-therapy to Human Design, from an authentic and deep connection with the plant Medicine of Raw Cacao to Intuitive dance… My work is gentle but intense. I like to push the limits and dig deep. Releasing, expressing, transforming emotions, unlocking euphoric states and connecting to the source is the journey I’m ready to share with you. I’m here to inspire you, to help you plant the roots where the power is, to guide & assisting you through exploration of the physical body being moved by the Divine feminine.
